		<description>Usually I would agree that this is a publicity stunt, but considering their demographic this would be a pretty stupid one. Gen X &amp; Y don't exactly think lawsuits are "extreme". Just another example of a legal term trying to keep their retainer coming.</description>

		<description>Did the X games expect noone else in the world to ever again use an X? If they make a logo so simple and generic, they should expect others eventually will look similar.

		<description>I agree with J. This is a prime example of an overly litigious society and a marketing department running on fumes. It's complete waste of time and resources. Maybe if these companies focus more on a quality product they wouldn't have to resort to such nonsense.</description>
