I am going start a small business in the Philippines. I have a logo. Do I need to register somewhere?

335 $ is for international registration or only restricts to US ? It is not clear. Does the logo registration has an expiry like patents ? or 335 $ is one time cost ? please add the answers to these questions

Useful information!!! Registering a logo design is essential from business perspective. Good logos run a risk of being compied or misued and thus they need to be protected.
