I dont understand how and who took the decision to select this "Scratch Mark by a Cat" kind of scribble for such a huge public service organisation. O&M "Proudly" Announced that they did it for free! And they justified the FREE design! Waiting for a new RE-redesigned version of this crap. Government should throw a competition if they cant pay Agency, any Art student or artists would love to see his/her work get publish in this big scale!
