I don't think McDonalds has the best logo. Though I think they should not change it because it's clearly a recognized brand.

I absolutely love the new Burger King logo which is really just an update of it's old logo. It does everything a logo should do; most importantly it graphically represents the product and shows the name of the brand clearly. The blue 3/4 circle is a wonderful addition to the new logo and gives the sense of new activity.

Your version of the BK logo doesn't have the tag line, "Have it Your Way", which is one of the few tag lines that has remained the same for years. So many companies make the mistake of changing the tag libe so often that nobody ever recognizes it anymore.

One more note -- I am always attracted the new KFC logo, especially when I drive down the road at night. They have done an exceptional job with planning usage, especially building design and signage. Drive down any commerical strip at night and it is the most prominent signage out there. It's really exceptionally executed.

Yeah, McDonald's will win these everytime. Kids go crazy over it. You can take the same exact food, place one in a generic wrapper, and then place one in a McDonald's wrapper and people will choose the McDonald's wrapper every time.

I'm a SubWay fan myself. :)

Hooray! A new poll! I'm addicted to your logo polls like crack. Can you do one every day? :D

These results are fitting since I have a potential client who wants to rush into a logo that someone made in a popular word processing program that will remain unnamed. She actually likes it - Arial and clipart. (At least it wasn't Comic Sans) Ugh. I mentioned the importance of logo identity and even used the golden arches as an example. How appropriate! I'm sending her here today.
