Good points. It is really hard to create a good logo, a memorable one. And the most memorable ones are the simple ones, which make you say: “Why didn’t I think of that?”.
Or, if you look from another perspective, if a product is good and grows and it is advertised and reaches the entire world and everyone talk about it, and, WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT, has a nice logo, than the logo will be memorable.
Conclusion: a successful brand must be simple.
