- LogoBlog Poll 11- The Most Intelligent and Innovative Search Engine Logo

And we’re back with the eleventh episode of our LogoBlog Poll.
Last week we asked you to vote for the logo of the Search Engine that you thought is the most innovative and intelligent of all.

Well the results are in and just as we expected Google was the clear winner with 70% of total votes (oh me gosh!!!). Yahoo and MSN tied for second place with 10% of total votes each, whilst Mahalo and Ask took the third and fourth position respectively, grabbing 7% and 4% total votes.

Google is definitely the most widely used search engine on the web. The iconic Google logo changes its look every so often on special occasions like Christmas, the 4th of July, celebrity birthdays and many other important dates.
Congratulations to Google for winning our LogoBlog Poll. A very well deserved win perhaps!

- LogoBlog Poll 10 – Fast food logo that makes the strongest and most tempting visual impact

Aloha! Welcome to the tenth edition of our LogoBlog Poll.
Last week, we asked you to vote for the fast-food logo that you thought made the strongest and most tempting visual impact. Well here are the results:

McDonald’s came out as everybody’s’ favorite with 51% of all votes, followed by Subway which attained 19% of total votes. Next in line was Burger King with 14% votes, and Pizza Hut, KFC, and Domino’s Pizza with 7%, 5% and 4% of the total votes respectively.

It is no surprise that McDonald’s won our poll with such a great margin. Those inimitable golden arches are recognized and remembered by people worldwide. Congratulations to McDonald’s for winning our poll hands down!

- LogoBlog Poll 9: Sporting goods manufacturer that translates energy, power and oomph in its logo.

Hello and welcome to last week’s LogoBlog poll result. Read on to find out who took the highest rating this time.
Our youth and more importantly all the famous sportsmen and athletes are into wearing branded clothes and accessories, which include renowned sportswear brands. Sportswear logos are created to display an image of zoom and power.
Last week, we asked you to vote for the sporting goods manufacturer which, in your opinion, translates energy, power and oomph in its logo. The choices were: Nike, Adidas, Puma, Reebok and Slazenger.

Nike won with 40% votes, receiving 28 votes out of a total of 70. It was followed by Adidas 19%, Puma 19%, Slazenger 16% and Reebok 7%.

From athletic shoes to sports equipment and from apparel to accessories, Nike has revolutionized the sportswear industry. Nike’s SWOOSH logo represents the wing in the famous statue of the Greek Goddess of victory, Nike, who was the source of inspiration for many great and courageous warriors.

- LogoBlog Poll 8 – Designer brands that translate elegance, glamour and style in their logo

Well hello again, to yet another edition of our LogoBlog Poll. In last week’s poll we asked you to vote for the designer brand, which in your opinion translates glamour, style and elegance in its logo.
Fashion designer brands are a major component of the most powerful global brands. The logos used by these brands portray creativity, cut throat competition and their excellence in the fashion world. Each is an iconic identity recognized by people worldwide.
Coming back to our poll, the choices we gave you were; Chanel, Hermes, Versace, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Calvin Klein.

Chanel won our poll with an impressive 30% of all votes. In second and third place were Calvin Klein and Gucci with 20% and 18% votes respectively. Louis Vuitton and Versace tied for fourth place with 10% of total votes each. Hermes attained 8% of all votes and Givenchy was last place with 5% of the total votes.

- LogoBlog Poll 7- Automakers that translate speed and elegance in their logo

The automobile production business faces a cut-throat competition every passing minute in everything they do. Whether it’s their new model or its features, or their advertising, branding and customer services, all international automotive companies strive towards attaining bigger and better heights. Hence, it must be noted that car manufacturers such as Toyota, Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Honda rank within the top 20 best global brands in the world.
These companies create powerful, luxurious, and high performance machines. Thus, in order to gain a prestigious image to showcase their dynamic new designs, car manufacturers adopt iconic logos as a brand image. And so, in our last visitor poll, we asked you to vote for the company which you feel translates speed and elegance in its logo.
The given choices were: General Motors, reputed for being the world’s largest automaker. Also included were the British giant Jaguar, high ranking brands: BMW and Mercedes Benz, along with the supreme car makers’ Ford and Cadillac.

Well, your votes are in and Jaguar came out as the winner of our poll with an astounding 70% of the total votes. It is clear that Jaguar’s success lies in their luxury cars. They also maintain a wide range of performance machines that include the compact X type. Following suit after Jaguar came General Motors and BMW, tying for second place with 10% of total votes each. And lastly we have Mercedes Benz, Ford and Cadillac together at the same position with 3% of total votes each.
