		<description>Seems to me the intent of the law is so there would be no brand confusion on the part of the consumer. I don&#039;t think there&#039;s intent to confuse anything here. I love the Apple computer brand, but Woolworth&#039;s is not a clear violation of that principle. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.</description>
