You can't ever get ahold of them. I still have no finished product. If I do not get any results by tommorow I am going to paypal to get my money back!

Cannot ever get in touch with anyone. They say that they have an emergency phone line but nobody ever picks up the line. Turnaround time is ridiculous. After the initial 3 days, if you request even the tiniest change, you have to wait a few more days to hear back. Even if you like the design, with no change, it will take days to get a source file. I still have yet to hear back. Plus they take your money upfront so they don't really care what kind of service they provide.
