I did 2 projects with this company and I shouldve known from the first experience that I was making a mistake. the creativity level is terrible, I had to do my own research for ideas and email anf fax them to the designers. I found out from the second experience that they do not stand by thier satisfaction guarentee and they refuse to refund my money even though there was only 1 round of work done and I basically gave them the drawing. needless to say I am now at battle with this company to get my refund. Please beware of this company and be specific or you will be sorry

this company is lazy... they dont follow instructions and I think they arent telling the truth about the amount of designers they have working on your project, because they all tend to look the same
